Does it matter how old I am, or what kind of shape i’m in?

Absolutely not! It doesn’t matter who you are, bring it on! I’ve help people in their 70’s and young teenagers.

What exactly can I expect during our sessions together?

You can expect to be stimulated, pushed, educated and coached. Expect a full hour of work with very minimal off-topic chit-chat. Expect to show up nervous, to work harder than you thought you ever could, to learn, to be inspired, to be surprised by yourself, and to leave craving the next workout!

What is your training style, are you bossy?

When it comes to life I’m about as laid back as they come. But when it comes to our work together, I mean business! But, I never boss my clients around, this isn’t that kind of relationship. This is a co-partnership. I can’t do this without you and you can’t do it without me. This relationship is built on trust, and what kind of trust is built upon bossing people around? My role as an expert in the field is to create a realistic path to your goals and to escort you the whole way via accountability. None of that is possible with the use of enforcement.
